Project was a phased project starting 2013 and was an ongoing project until 2015. The project included the remediation of contaminated soils and demolition of existing building. The whole site was reconstructed to a new parking lot with sub surface drainage systems and installation of new fencing concrete sidewalks and drive way aprons. The site was also updated with LED light fixtures for the illumination of the parking area. The GC of the project was Standard Demolition Services and New Haven Parking Authority. |

This included the remediation of contaminated soils and demolition of existing concrete patio with the installation of a new sub surface drainage system with new ornamental fencing and concrete patio. This project was completed for the Garsan Construction and the City of Bridgeport. |
